Our kitchen teams are made up of chefs at different stages of their careers, with plenty of opportunity to learn from one another and take on more responsibility.

​

Our daily-changing menus mean there is always something new to learn, from working with excellent seasonal produce to developing the techniques behind simple, classical European cooking. We’re looking for chefs who are excited by good ingredients, thoughtful cooking and the craft of making good food properly. An interest in wine is encouraged and most importantly, we look for people who want to keep learning.

For our Front of House team, hospitality is about understanding ingredients, food and wine, knowing our producers, connecting with our guests and creating the kind of experience that makes people want to come back. There are opportunities to develop knowledge, confidence and leadership skills as you progress.
